SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All items at sent studio includes tax, and excludes any relevant shipping and/or handling fees that are calculated during checkout. Orders are shipped with Sendle and have a processing time of 2-3 business days after an order has been placed. Any order which takes longer will be notified by sent studio via email. All orders do not have a guaranteed delivery time after the order has been shipped, and we take no responsibility in delays that are caused by shipping after the item has left us.
Orders will have a tracking number attached, that will be sent via email through Sendle. For parcels that are deemed lost or are significantly delayed, the buyer will need to contact Sendle directly to raise the issue. sent studio cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries, whereupon a valid proof of shipment and valid tracking number has been provided.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note we also do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases, and cannot exchange or refund custom candles. However, we’ll be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit. If your candle was damaged during shipment, please contact us at email@example.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept all returns that are full priced and they are issued as Store Credit. Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item online.
We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows here.
Please note for Candle Bar creations, we do not offer any further reprints of candle labels or box labels, unless there has been a spelling error. Candle labels and box labels are directly inferred from our Candle Bar Quiz and should be noted that they serve as inspiration for the final product.
NATURE OF PRODUCT
Customers of sent studio agree that every item is handmade and can carry minor imperfections that vary from the website images used. This is all apart of the natural nature of the product and cannot be deemed a fault. Candle tins are made from natural and recycled material and
thus can sometimes carry (very minor) imperfections, like faint indents, marks and scratches. These do not in any way affect the performance of our product, and the buyer must understand that there is a risk there will be a slight variation between each tin.
THE SENT. CLUB
the sent club is our customer loyalty program.
All individuals using the Site are eligible to be a Member of the the sent cub, with the exception of sent wholesale customers.
The sent club provides different Benefits to Members based on their membership tier. A Member’s Tier is determined based on the number of points a Member has earned in a rolling 12 month period. Members can view their Tier, points and Benefits by logging into their account.
Members can earn points through a variety of methods, including:
- By creating an account
- By making an Order
- On their birthday
- By following sent on social media
- By writing a review
A Member’s points will expire if they do not earn or redeem any points in a rolling 12 month period. Any points that expire will be voided and will not be available for use.
Members can redeem points when placing an Order to receive a price discount on the Order. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or store credit.
The price discount reward is available for one-time use only. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code.
