Production Assistant - 3 days a week

We’re on the hunt for a gun production assistant to help us grow our brand!

As our Production Assistant, you will ensure that our making and fulfilment processes run as efficiently as possible. You will be helping us with everything production wise, including making candles, to quality control (labelling and boxing of all orders). You will be working closely with both co-founders in a very extremely fast-paced, and detailed hands on role.

Your day will consist of:

- Making candles

- Labelling and boxing our candles

- Prepping materials: boxes, candle wicks, general cleaning of the studio

- Manage sent’s inventory and keeping stock updated

- Ensuring our products are to the highest standard

We’re looking for someone who:

- Loves to learn and makes every task their own

- Can work by themselves and stay organised

- Is a great multitasker and up for a challenge

- Loves the small-business space where no two days are the same

- Is positive, has an eye for detail and a great vibe!

This role will be 3 days a week at our Alexandria showroom. If you love the candle space and creating products, this is the role for you. We’re a super fun team (of two!) who are looking for someone to join our journey. We look forward to hearing from you.

Sales Intern - 2 days a week

We’re looking for a sales intern to help our co-founders with B2B sales and admin support!

Your day will consist of:

- Administrative support

- Market research and lead generation to potential retail stores

- Outreach via phone and email to secure meetings

- Create reports on client interactions and analysing performance

- Build and maintain client relationships

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is willing to learn with an enthusiastic attitude and pro-active approach

- Is a "go-getter" with loads of initiative

- Can be accountable and professional with great attention to detail

- Has a high level of interpersonal skills and managing multiple priorities and tasks

- Loves the small-business space where no two days are the same!

This role will be 2 days a week at our Alexandria showroom. Please note: For full transparency, this will be at an unpaid capacity with the aim of complementing uni studies or training/education. This would best suit students who need an internship as part of their course, or have interest in B2B sales with an opportunity for future growth. We’re a super fun team (of two!) who can provide endless learning opportunities, and have someone join our journey. We look forward to hearing from you!
