Unusuable

Loved the scent of this candle, but sadly it stopped lighting halfway through. Tried trimming the wick and relighting several times, but no luck. Disappointed since I really enjoyed it at first.”
Now I wonder what am I going to do with this as it’s not even halfway.

I am trying to attached the video attached trying to light it up 2nd and 3rd time.

Our ethos is to be 100% transparent about how our candles are made and packaged.

We use natural soy wax (toxin, paraben and phthalate free) and FSC certified wood wicks. The tin vessels can also be recycled or re-used.

Candles are packed with biodegradable peanuts and sample kits are sent in compostable mailers. Our boxes are made from 50% recycled fibre and sealed with water activated tape.

All cards in our packaging are made from 100% post consumer recycled paper.
